So you want to play Song of Avaria.. Here's how to get started!
Step 1: Get an Account!
Your account name will be your personal out-of-character handle. You should only have one account, on which you may have multiple characters. You can make an account by clicking 'Register' on the main website, or by connecting to the game with the following instructions.
- Click on the 'Play Online' tab of the main website, or connect through your favorite telnet MUD client. If you are using a client, the connection information for the game is:
songofavaria.com:4000
- It may take a moment or two for the screen to load. Once you have the screen loaded, use the NEW command to make yourself a new account.
- After you have an account, you can quit and navigate back to the main webpage.
Step 2: Make Yourself a Character!
Your character will be your very own unique persona that exists within the fantasy world of Avaria.
- Log into your account on the main website, and open the dropdown menu in the upper righthand corner of your screen.
- Click 'New Character'.
