Usage

SOSO <adverb>
You tilt your hand <adverb> from side to side.

SOSO <person|object> <adverb>
You appraise <person|object> and then <adverb> tilt your hand from side to side.

SOSO <self>
You tilt your hand from side to side and give a small shrug.
