Raise command

The RAISE command has both social and action functions. As a social, it allows you to raise your hand or to rise up on your toes. As an action, it lets you raise or lower the hood on a cloak or other hooded garment. Raising the hood of a garment helps keep you dry when it is raining, snowing, or sleeting.

Usage

RAISE <adverb>
You <adverb> raise your hand up.
RAISE <person|object> <adverb>
You <adverb> raise your hand at <person|object>.
RAISE <self>
You rise up on your toes for a better view.

RAISE <hooded garment>
