Cheer command

CHEER allows you to cheer at other people and things, or even for yourself if you need the encouragement.

Usage

CHEER <adverb>
You cheer <adverb>.

CHEER <person|item> <adverb>
You cheer <adverb> at <person|item>.

CHEER <self>
You cheer yourself on.
