Clap command

CLAP allows you to clap your hands together or clap at a target.

Usage

CLAP <adverb>
You clap your hands <adverb>.

CLAP <person|item> <adverb>
You clap <adverb> at <person|item>.

CLAP <self>
You clap your hands sharply together!
