OOCWHISPER allows you to privately send an OOC message to someone in the same room.
Usage
OOCWHISPER <person> <message>
>oocwhisper donna Could you please tell me what command shows my stats?
Notes
- OOC whispers should be kept fairly minimal -- they're not there to carry on full OOC conversations in-game, but rather to ask quick questions or convey important information like that your cat tromped over your keyboard and that's why your character just spouted a bunch of garbled gibberish.
