SGlance command

The SGLANCE command allows you to glance at another person without broadcasting your glance to the room. This is helpful if you OOCly want the utility of GLANCE -- getting a quick look at another character's short appearance and any temporary updates -- without having your character actually glance at that person. SGLANCE is in other words a "short" or "silent" version of GLANCE.
