Shiver command

SHIVER allows you to shiver or to look at things and shiver.

Usage

SHIVER <adverb>
You shiver <adverb>.

SHIVER <person|object> <adverb>
You glance over at <person|object>, then shiver <adverb>.

SHIVER <self>
You shiver as a chill courses along your spine.
