SHRUG allows you to shrug expressively at people and things, or just to express your mystification with the world.

Usage

SHRUG <adverb>
You shrug <adverb>.

SHRUG <person|item> <adverb>
You shrug <adverb> at <person|item>.

SHRUG <self>
You shrug your shoulders in evident mystification.
