Captain Paldeo has detained a sailor, by the name of Mizzi, who was caught thieving from passengers. This sailor has been tied to the mainmast for a day and a night, with a promised flogging to come.
Some checks for sailing skill are built into this RPT. You can ask a sailor to learn some things about sailing, or another PC who knows about sailing.
