A Look from Lookout Rocks

Word gets around town that the prince from the capital is bound and determined to head out to Lookout Rocks on Allday, sleet or shine. He has a rowboat pulled up at Merchants' Pier and is apparently set to cast off around midafternoon, no matter how foolish people might tell him his plan is.
