Confusion about Presence

Hello! 

I played a little bit back on the boat, but ended up getting massively sidetracked by life stuff. But I'm back now! And there's something I'm curious about, that I was hoping maybe someone could share some insight on.

So, for completely unsuspicious reasons, I've been investing all my Presence points into my character. Currently, I don't think there's any kind of documentation or outline that tells you how many Presence points you need to reach each Presence level. Maybe it's out there somewhere, but I haven't been able to find it!

Either way, this means I'm not investing any Presence points into my stories, which brings me to my next point of confusion: If I don't invest any Presence into my story arcs, does that mean they won't get any storyteller eyeballs on them? It's fine if not, but the system feels a little opaque, and I'm not entirely sure what's expected of me. Should I expect my stories to not get any attention if I don't invest Presence into them? If that's the case, how do I know how many Presence points I should invest?

Right now, you just need to invest a minimum of 1 point to have the story collected by the system -- but we're actually going to be changing this system soon, so I'm not sure if you need to! But if you'd like, go ahead and invest 1 just in case. Life's hectic and I might not get the changes in place before the next story collection.
