Casual Cutscene

With the event next week, I wanted to ask/offer a casual cutscene set sunday for anyone interested to see what they are like and want invited. It would be at the docks. Wander in, walk by, people watch.

(Question, can others be added after a cutscene is created?)

If you make a public cutscene, anyone can join in at any time!
