Note on "A Plan to Survive 'Oar' Else" Cutscene

Hi all! In a similar fashion to Jiraya's prior cutscene, I started this public cutscene so that anyone who wanted to participate in the general destruction/building going on about the ship could join in. Nothing required of course, but I thought if anyone wanted to record a brief vingette of activity, they could! This one specifically takes place in the afternoon/evening of 11-10-796, after the First Mate granted permission to the passengers to do whatever it is they're doing. I invited as many people as I could recall (and that Yasin knew the names of), but its public, so feel free to jump in (or not!).

That being said, we should probably end it quickly - before tomorrow morning - given the upcoming RPT. >.<

Great idea, and great fun to be able to explore the cutscene system.

I wanted to give a special shoutout to Fadila's player, because her post was one of the most touching and heartwrenching things I've read in a game like this in a long time. So kudos for getting me right in the feels!
