Hoisting the Sail (Again)

Location: The Greenest Dolphin

Time to make the Greenest Dolphin ship-shape again! Or, at least as close to ship-shape as a battered and under-supplied old freighter might be able to get... thankfully, Captain Inaya has plans and a great deal of seafaring experience, and the crew isn't quite starving yet... 

(The number of bilgerats have begun to dwindle, though.)

After a bit of a conversation in game, the UTC time on the initial post is incorrect. It should have read 9PM UTC, which has just gone past! If you were waiting for a little later to pop on, might be better to do it a little earlier instead!

Looking at the results (for now) there are no times at all that work for everybody, and the best possible choices leave out 6 players still. But at least we should be able to avoid the choice that leaves out 16 players. ;) So this is useful.
