Captain Larth was seen with a few of the town watch, shortly after he took his leave of the town council -- dragging two thugs to the stocks at the fish market! Ugly bruisers, the pair of them, apparently some of those unsavory sorts that hang around Keely's! The word is that they beat up a heathen lord and took his coin! The gall of them! That's quite certainly not the fine example of St Loomis, foreigners or not, that's just not how upstanding townies behave! Regardless, many whisper about this crime with scandalized delight, and take great public glee in the fact that it's been so long since anyone was in the stocks. Such great entertainment for a dour time! Why, the downtrodden are even making some coin off the matter by selling rotten produce perfect for the throwing.
