A request for information on the night - three months ago nearly to the day - when the great storm struck Omrazir and all the city seemed to be plagued with wild and vivid dreams. One 'Kamenes el-Emara' promises a reward to any who can explain the events of that night, yet claims somehow to know if anyone will be bringing him lies.
No doubt most who see the notice will merely shrug and pass on by. Who could hope to understand such inscrutable happenings?
