A Heathen with an Axe! Perfumes! Firoozy's Feasts!

A fair deal of chatter can be heard on the streets of St Loomis, with the word ranging from everything between 'A Horrendous Coal-Demon Terrorizes Town Hall' to 'Woman Without Proper Shirt Asks Guard To Kiss Her Axe'. Mixed awe, confusion, delighted scandal, and horror appear to color these accounts. There's also word that someone might be selling perfumes soon, and many are excited about that, particularly some of the more posh inhabitants of town. The less posh, though, tend to take note of some rumors about a woman named 'Firoozy' who has apparently promised feasts for all? Or is she eating ragamuffin children? The Cathedral wouldn't take roasted ragamuffin as a donation, so it's probably safe to eat whatever she might bring. People do seem to be generally hopeful, at least. Another hopeful development is that Otty's working on something with the mines, involving his foreign apprentice and some others, and one of those foreigners -- a particularly strange, tall one -- is going to have an audience the Archbiscop. Maybe he seeks the New Song, rather than heathen ways!
