Some talk around the streets is that a red-haired young man has been making a scene about town lately. The other night, he was seen getting into an argument-turned-fight with a foreigner boy, and the next night a few people saw him puking at the corner of the Via Magna and the Via Maris! There's been some banter about him coming from the White City, as he was later seen stumbling through its gates with another man struggling to keep him from falling.
