Over near the Pier of Stars this afternoon, it seems there was a terrible ruckus. Splashing out in the water and blood all over the place. After a while, some curly-haired woman, soaked to the bones, crawled back out of the water, looking like her heart was about to give out. Strangest thing. Docksiders should really just stay out of the water.
