25-12-30 00: 17:56-05 [-] Triskelion: Hey there, just a couple quick questions: 1. What's the usual turnaround time on character applications, and 2. Are we limited to one PC?
25-12-30 00: 25:18-05 [-] a lean, ink-eyed man: Not sure on the turnaround time, I think varies depending on how many are currently applied. And I thiink two characters are also now possible. https://songofavaria.com/forum/announcements/topics/707/
25-12-30 00: 26:42-05 [-] a rawboned, sandy-haired lad: Yes, my understanding is Mistsparrow is currently the only one handling applications, so while usually it would be very quick, it may currently be slightly longer than usual, though probably only a few days? It's definitely not anything crazy like weeks or a month.
25-12-30 00: 32:22-05 [-] Triskelion: All right, I don't mind waiting, just wanted to make sure I hadn't submitted wrong or something.
25-12-30 00: 34:04-05 [-] a rawboned, sandy-haired lad: Yeah, the holidays probably having an effect too, everyone has things going on this time. You can wander the Faded Zone in the meantime, there are some mini-quests and things to do and experiment with to learn how the game works.
25-12-30 00: 36:32-05 [-] a lean, ink-eyed man: I believe you will receive an oocmail on approval once it goes through, as well.
25-12-30 00: 39:33-05 [-] Triskelion: Got it! I might brainstorm some other concept that's the opposite of what I already submitted so I can try out different aspects of gameplay
25-12-30 00: 41:25-05 [-] a lean, ink-eyed man: Sounds like a good plan! and one can freely pop into the faded zone at any time to test stuff
25-12-30 01: 27:08-05 [-] a golden-eyed woman with a chaos of black curls: Is a typo or staff request the best way to note something is missing in a room?
25-12-30 01: 28:32-05 [-] a rawboned, sandy-haired lad: Requests are generally more urgent than typoes, so if it's something you need right away then my inclination would be to use a request. Typoes also definitely get seen, but might be addressed in batches every so often.
