There are many different cultures in Avaria with their own languages, whether
regional or wandering. You can learn languages by listening to them or by
practicing speaking.

Usage:
languages
speak <language>

When you write, you will write in whatever language you are currently set
to be speaking.

The Linguistics skill will help you pick up languages quicker, and knowing
some things about linguistics -- human patterns of general communication --
will also grant you the ability to practice language on your own, and
teach language to others.

While you can still learn by listening to others and practicing speaking,
these abilities can give you a small boost in the speed of your language
acquisition.

Usage:
practice language <language name>
teach language <language name> to <student>
