While being a member of an organization in the world of Avaria is not
required, membership can net you interesting opportunities and rewards. In
order to become a member of an organization, the usual way is to seek them
out in the world and ask to join. If it is not a player-led organization,
and it is relatively public, there will usually be a way to join simply
through getting a job (help jobs).

Organizations have ranks and privileges. Ranked members can use privileges
to induct, boot, promote, and demote members.

Usage:
induct <person> to <organization name>
boot <person> from <organization name>
promote <person> in <organization name>
demote <person> in <organization name>

If a PC wants to start a new organization rather than joining one, they
should pursue that through story arcs.

Anyone might check ORGANIZATIONS to view what organizations they are a
part of. A PC of high enough rank in an organization can view a report of
activity, or set up a temporary bank stipend for someone from the
organizational coffers.

For a report:
ORGANIZATION <name>

To set up or terminate a stipend:
SETUP STIPEND from <organization> : <amount> to <person> for <number months>
STOP STIPEND from <organization> to <person>
