In combat, you will lose poise for attacking and sometimes also for being
attacked by certain moves. If you become too unpoised, you might stumble
and fall. While the footwork skill helps with poise, as well as your grace,
you will sometimes need to take a moment to recover your balance.

Rebalancing will also help with your willpower, and let you summon some
reserves in order to keep going.

Usage:
rebalance

You can substitute the generic rebalancing emote by adding an optional
emote in the command.

Usage:
rebalance emote <your emote here>
