Added support for banknotes and tightened up some banking bugs, recategorized some commands and put in COMMANDS command, made it so you can dump objects into other objects and not just on the floor.

Added SWAP command. Burps don't smell if you haven't eaten anything, and 'ignore' response has been added to the toss verb. Lowered tracking roundtime, made it so tossed items can be ignored, and changed roundtime on tossing and giving.

Made it so you can't quit while in a fight or grappling, or hide when held. Put guardhouse and port in design command. Guard patrolling.
