Wiki Permissions

Hi!

A while back on Gamehelp there was a discussion of creating wiki accounts and editing/adding content. However, I couldn't figure out how to make new pages on the wiki. (Context: I was on the "crafting basics" page and clicking on "Smithing", which doesn't exist as a page yet. That led me to (emphasis mine):

> There is currently no text in this page. You can search for this page title in other pages, or search the related logs, but you do not have permission to create this page.

Do we have to request create page permission? I don't think I have perms to edit pages yet, either. (Or at least, I didn't see an edit button)

Bumping this! 

Sorry, I think this is my fault -- it's buried in the php or the mediawiki config on the server or something. And I'm a little wary of fixing it right now, before we soft open the alpha again, because last time we got like... an immense flood of bots. And I thought I solved that with the questions-to-make-an-account security, but maybe it was actually the config that stopped the bots from even wanting to hack in... 

So, I'll probably sit down to fix this when I have a good few days free to keep a close eye on it.
