I have a friend who used to play and has been trying to get back on, but tells me that the password reset option just gives a 504 Gateway Timeout every time. I thought I'd post it here to report it/see if anybody else was having the same problem! She'd love to hop back on if she could.

Sorry for the delay in response to this! The problem with the password reset seems to lie with something janky in forwarding the e-mails that are automatically generated through the website (in this case, the password reset e-mail), and there doesn't seem to be a quick fix for this. However, what you friend can do is create a new account, and we can transfer the character on the old account over to the new one. So if she would like to go this route she can create the new account, then send Mistsparrow and Pilgrim an oocmail with her old account name and the name of the character she wants to transfer. Hopefully that way we can get her up and running again! |
