Jogo in Tessere

I missed the lore update that put the Jogo in at first but I'm curious about their current status in Tessere. The page seems contradictory in that it says they left, but also that they're commonly found in Tessere. 

The Jogo are no longer either numerous or widespread in Tessere, but that province is still one of the few places in which they are primarily found. It's mostly in a few isolated parts of western Tessere that some Tessouare still have Jogo slaves/vassals, while the central and eastern parts of Tessere (as well as all of Ifru) have been emptied of them entirely since the Great Possession. It's not entirely unheard of for a Koumbasi or Tessouare to travel accompanied by a personal Jogo servant, but this is a rare occurrence, so most people outside the Koumbasi/Tessere/Gilded Plain region know of them only as part of hearsay and history.
